The Basic Unit The basic VWM Bin Dumper is a simple to operate
unit that is portable and can be used in the field.
As shown, it is loaded and unloaded by a forklift.
An optional slide can be attached to the opposite
end so that when a full bin is loaded it pushes
the empty bin out of the dumper.

Dumper With Roller Conveyor & Hopper
With the attachment of a roller conveyor, loading
becomes semi-automatic. The first bin is pushed
into position by the second bin and when the third
bin is loaded, it discharges the first empty bin.
You have an option of roller conveyor or a slide
for empty bins. Bins are picked up by a forklift.
The hopper prevents spilling for precision dumping.

Dumper with Chain Conveyor & Automatic Bin
Stacker Here’s the Cadillac
unit for real volume handling. The chain conveyor
draws the full bins into the dumper.
After the bin is unloaded, it is pushed into the
empty bin stacker, and the next full bin is loaded,
ready to dump. The stacker holds up to 6 empty
bins which are then unloaded by forklift.
